At Maleema, we adhere to a strict NO REFUND policy. We understand the importance of receiving the right fit therefore we do allow our customers to exchange items for the correct size within 10 days of receiving the order.

If your package is lost after it has been delivered, it is your responsibility to open a claim with the shipping provider. Once you have done so, fill out the form below with your claim number & we will follow up with you regarding your claim.

Packages are sent out on Tuesdays and Fridays and usually take 3 to 5 business days to arrive via UPS.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for your custom order to be processed and shipped.

At Maleema, we kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if you find any defects, damage, or if the wrong item was sent. We are committed to evaluating the issue promptly and ensuring it’s resolved to uphold the quality and service you expect from us.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

If the exchange is due to a mistake on our end (wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the exchange is due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
